Being as this was all voluntary from the beginning, I would be surprised if many people decide they want to come back to work.
I'm thinking about coming back being that the furlough/downgrade threat has been mitigated for now. I'm in a position that I don't really need the extra money, but I'm bored out of my mind since international travel has not opened up as much as I had hoped.
