There is never a sure thing in this industry. Company made it seem like they would make an effort to get the grants and get people back on property, but the devil is always in the details.
Note the verbiage that was used. “We will work with...” “We hope”.
If it still makes sense when the dust settles, and it probably will, they will take the money and start recalling people. Just don’t expect it to happen before January. There are likely still some major details to work through.
I’m very optimistic, not trying to be a downer at all, but realistically you can’t expect the bill to get signed in the middle of the holidays then company announcing recalls before New Years.
