Yes, over a 100 years ago. Also the original smallpox vaccine was developed in 1796. This case was circa 1905. The smallpox vaccine had been around awhile. Also at the time Mass was one of only 11 states that pursued mandatory vaccine implementation.

Medicine has come a long way since then wouldn't you agree?

There are many, many viable treatments for chyna flu. Small pox was deadly, chyna flu not nearly as much. Funny you need a mandated vaccine (well not yet anyway) to protect you from a virus that you must be tested for to see if you even have it???

This is a precedent that has aged out and will be weak if and when the vax is mandated. People will challenge those mandates in court. I don;'t suspect that Jacobson will hold up for vaccines anymore.
