Some people are willing to take the two year risk to see what happens I guess. Roll the dice and maybe the A220 life ends up being great. Worse case you cut your losses and return to your previous position. Two years in the airline world goes quickly. It really only took a small number of senior guys to bid it and make it senior initially. This wasn’t a 500 pilot bid.
