And you disagreed with your own point. Sim country is more expensive that southern is. So DHL is looking at performance. Amazon will do the same. That’s why they keep asking K4 to fly 76s for them.
Exactly. DHL are all about
on-time performance and there is a pay penalty when metal moves late. K4 can't "fudge" their times as its all ACARS based yet I have seen others numerous times call "Out" and still be sitting with a door open or not even ready to move. DHL aren't stupid they realize that and question how a trip took xx minutes longer than normal and arrived late.
Amazon is constantly asking K4 to fly for them but Connie isn't giving up diddly of his company to Bezos and DHL want us to do more for them. Couple of issues with that which are being resolved, one we can't expand anymore due to FAA restrictions and until we finalize and certify as flag, we can only take 3 more airframes and two, need to train crews.
