Three kids under 17, all toddlers. We've adjusted fine, and enjoy 2 weeks off, and two weeks on. My family could never go back to the 2/3-off, 4-on non-commutable garbage. Nearly everyone I fly with says the same. I type this as I enjoy my company paid 1st class seat, while 4 other pilots got bumped off the JS.
