I doubt it. I'm the "good times" most categories couldn't even drop a 4 day most months because of "no coverage." A zero line would be like allowing pilots to drop to zero... Remember, the company implemented the 50 hour floor. They would want us to negotiate for that flexibility I'm sure. But right now, it works to their advantage.
