The charges filed on all of these guys are pretty weak. We currently only have an acting AG and he probably didn’t even bother moving into the office. I’m betting that the DOJ is waiting on Garland to give them some kind of direction regarding how hard he wants to hammer these guys.

As far as recalling Brock to AD for a courts-martial, I think they’re going to wait and see how these Articles of Impeachment go. There are supposed to be multiple charges, but the only one for now is inciting an insurrection. If Trump is impeached for that charge, and especially if the Senate convicts, then you can’t have current and former military officers allowed to participate in an insurrection.
