Parler was full of people saying they were showing up in DC with guns. Trumps attorney Lin Wood said that they should hang the Vice President. The “powers that be” knew there was a threat, but they refused to act because they were either told to stand down (sounds familiar) or they thought they were safe because a bunch of white, armed republicans didn’t pose a threat. Now people are resigning left and right because they know they ****ed up, the insurrection didn’t work, and they’re asses are on the hook for it.
