A pilot at SWA, yeah we can debate. But not at FedEX or UPS after year 1 pay. NJA isn’t even in the ball park against those two. Congrats to getting hired there.

Nope. There is absolutely no debate between SWA and Netjets. SWA hands down better than Netjets in every aspects. Compensation, QOL, Schedule flexibility, retirements. It’s like compare apples and oranges. Not even close. But why do you feel
the need to? If you enjoy ur job that cool. But don’t embellish and make it into something that it’s not. It’s not the greatest aviation job out there. Far from it.
