No, your 1200 hours has nothing to do with what aircraft you were assigned. Keep in mind any FO can upgrade as long as they have the flight time and their seniority can hold it. You got the 145 because they needed FO's on the 145. Just like 170 FO's get the 170 because they need 170 drivers, not because they're previous 121, have higher time, look cooler, or any of the other reasons that get thrown around.
It wasn't that long ago that you needed to ATP mins to get the 170. That was all I was referring too. At this point if you have the ratings and a faint pulse you'll get either equipment. The only reason I wanted the RW cert was the bases. And it is "Mainline Republic" haha. Sharky is right about the upgrade, 2500 hours the right seniority number, and you miss a by-pass and you can pass the class you're in the left side.
