We are finally starting to see some movement which is good. A lot of the initial hires on the crj have gotten awards for captain. Your class shouldnt be online until May and I think you will probobly fly more than I did. I've done the math and with all the people upgrading I think that they are going to need one additional crj class after yours to fill the positions of the guys upgrading. Hopefully you wont get stuck on reserve forever. Try not to spend your time worrying about things you cant control and instead spend that time studying for sims. Know your limititations, memory items, profiles, callouts and flows down cold. What hurt me a lot in sims was not having any glass time and trying to figure out the afcs. If you dont have any time flying glass I would get some kind of microsoft flight simulator to get yourself familiar. I wish I had. Good luck
