This is what you have to look at: Once hiring starts back up at the majors, hiring mins at the Regionals will quickly go back to ATP/R-ATP mins. Not until then unfortunately, there will not be enough up and out movement at the Regionals for hiring mins to get that low.
I don't think they ever said that. From what I've heard, they have guys and gals in class now with no 121 time (1500 hr CFI types) as well as others with some 121 time and no E145 time.
