As I said before, they're going to need evidence of specific individual conspiracy for that which is not going to apply to the vast majority of the folks who went to a rally which turned into a protest which turned into a riot. But I'm sure they can find at least a few people who made some really ill-advised texts (just receiving texts/tweets/etc. will not be enough, unless there's evidence that you acknowledged and agreed with plan).
