DL ML guy here....don't know what happened to your junior guys (zero time lines, 30 hour "affected pilot status", etc) and don't want to assume anything so just want to clarify....this isn't "recalling" pilots that were already on property, this is all new blood off the street hires?
But these were also people who already had cjo's but had yet to start training. So it's not like we're interviewing yet or anything
