Caveats....

1. This is IATA, which includes airlines worldwide, many of which are in a worse position than the US. Many foriegn airlines do primarily international, Emirates and KLM come to mind... can't think of much use for airlines inside Holland other than maybe AMS-RTM, and the train probably doesn't take much longer. US domestic and the Americas will probably come back faster than the rest.

2. Long game... if you're considering flight training, most of this will be in the rear-view mirror by the time you train, build time, and get to a regional.
