How many pilots will remain off of property at UA after this bid? I ask because UA and DL have positioned themselves for a speedy recovery response after this virus passes. UAL doesn’t have a UNA process. Big picture, right or wrong on how it was done in the LOA, was to keep all pilots active and current. Cares 2 brings all pilots to normal MPG levels for the duration of the funding and retro to DEC. Different approach to what DAL did but we have different CBAs.
Again, big picture on our process was to keep all pilots active and ready to plus up without the LIMFAC of the training pipeline if things start to pick up quickly.
