They already are. Only the first 10-15 Secondary lines have had trips assigned to them for the past 4-5 mos. All the rest are pure reserve. With that being true they will have effectively double the reserve coverage and no problem handling all the DP's. As a side note:
Secondary Line holders, scrutinize your lines carefully when awarded. Make sure you have not been assigned a DP. If you have you have 3 options according to the CBA. 1. Fly it at draft 2. Decline it for substitution 3. Drop it into M/U bank. If you elect sub, you probably won't fly given the dearth of non-DP trips available (so you get paid w/o flying).
