Covid wasn't his fault. Lackluster national leadership leading to one of the worst death rates per capita was pretty much his fault. He could have led by example on masks, large gatherings, basic hygiene...but no he didn't, and no on prevented him from doing it. Was it the deep state that kept a mask off his face?
