Potential environmental regulations, the push to be “green”, and tax credits/penalties could increase operating cost and make the smaller planes even less efficient. We still have a bunch of aircraft on order and we didn’t retire any of our fleet. Will we use that lift to take back flying and increase the need to hire, or will we just go back to the same UAL/UAX fleet mix that we had and hire again when attrition becomes an issue?
