My question is more surrounding accounting for the 100 or so pilot difference between recalls and FO vacancies (I don’t have any knowledge of how many accepted recall). Weren’t there a bunch of unfilled DFW 175 FO slots on the last bid? Some of the furloughs have already been slotted for training (in March...I think), so they must already have a “next status”. I don’t know if that would account for all of the “missing” vacancies, but it could account for some of them.
On the other hand, this is pure speculation. I have no inside information to back it up.
