Attrition for the month from December to January bid packages showed me moving up 10 spots. I am 208X out of 28XX. When I started, we were losing on average of 20 to 25. It has slowed, but a few have still left. On Sunday, we will get a more accurate look at how much we moved up when bids come out. For being "staffed", we have a lot of red arrows in MKE. Red arrows means not enough reserves to cover a drop request. Who knows what is going on?
The lack of reserves in MKE is probably because there will be a large increase in lines due to the flying that MIDWEST DECIDED to have us fly instead of Skyway.
