This is not true at all. Pilots are up to a max
award of 86 hours. The min guarantee is still
72 hours. I promise you most line holders awards are in the 70s and not 80s. As a percent change, line holders have experienced a greater percent decrease in credit hours awarded. Did you know the max PBS award previously was 120 (now 86)? Previously PBS at a minimum would build line holders up to 84-89 hour lines before moving on! You probably remember crediting 90 or 100+ hours a month without picking anything up. If you do the math you will see that the percent change in awarded/assigned credit hours has largely been decreased equitably for both group.
As a reserve and not being utilized you also miss out on per diem.
This is how it has always been and at every airline.
=12ptwe are worthless in the 5 day bucket, since they would have to use every single reserve below you in order for you to get used.
This is not have the reserve system works, but you can figure it out in the manual.
I don’t know what is going on in your life, a lot of people are hurting for different reasons.
