If I survive both I'll assume that JO is wrong - they are equally safe. If I have a shower accident but survive the flight I will have to assume he is right.
I showered and flew an RJ yesterday. The winds in RDU were so bad that I definitely felt safer in the shower. I think JO is wrong! Both are safe activities, but when has an unexperienced or negligent shower ever killed 50 people at a time?
