If DFW is north flow and a pilot is high and fast and lands beyond the TDZE.... say all the way down at the intersection of 35C and Taxiway B (assuming no go around), one could say that pilot lands by B.
You would think you wouldn’t have to tell such a pilot not to do such a thing... landing beyond the TDZE that is.
