I don’t think that’s accurate, I’ve never thought we couldn’t get profit sharing in an up economy. My take has been I’d always rather take higher pay rates and retirement. Profits come and go and I don’t want to give up negotiating capital on profits that may never materialize or be figured out in some convoluted equation.
