I'm bottom 5% and I'm underwhelmed by this, and it seems like I'm not the only one in this boat at the very bottom judging from my peers.
Having come from another union airline, I appreciate what it means to erode scope language. It should never come cheap.
If I get furloughed, I'll more than likely get recalled and it will be to a strong contract that will serve me well at what I hope is my forever airline.
