Flew two PACKED round trips to CUN earlier and the place was alive and open with tourists. I wouldn’t even consider going international with my family now. Even for the hotels which cover the testing AND the quarantine room costs. The thought of being stuck anywhere for 14+ days as our positive tests waterfall every 4-9 days. I would say all but a handful of buddies or jetsetting couples would feel the same way.
