What matters as far as holding a line vs reserve is only how many above you. The number below you only matters for furlough and I took my mea culpa on that. Growth? You move up when people leave, retire or die. Hiring more doesn’t move you up. Yes your percentage in base might decrease but it doesn’t change your seniority and it only matters if flying increases. Oh and you HIGHLIGHTED where I said MORE FLYING. That’s growth. So maybe that entered my mind.
