They can't say it won't happen. If the Union gave up every protection under the sun I'm sure the company would give the FO's a pay bump (enjoy your 5-6 days off a month that is required to be legal and you'll have to work them all when block or better and min credit per day goes away - but the FOs got a $15 an hour pay raise!).
