The "city purity" Optimizer side letter was signed on Aug 16, 2006. It was kept secret from everyone, including the PSIT/SIG until January 2007.

So we were essentially sold this contract without all the information.

We were out and out LIED to.

Had I known about this letter, I would have not voted for this contract.

After all, QOL and work rules were a crew force cornerstone.
