ALPA came out last week with (paraphrasing): “If Jetblue plans to give up international flying to AA, then why are they still talking about London?” As if that is proof of anything.
It’s like saying “American wouldn’t be signing a ten year deal with Jetblue if they planned on going into bankruptcy”. It’s not proof of anything, the argument is a fallacy.
bluedriver is merely pointing out that the company wants to highlight ongoing London preparations as proof London isn’t in jeopardy with LOA 13. They don’t need every pilot to read the email, just enough to sway the vote to 51% in favor.
