What does “voting with the union” mean? The pilots ARE the union. The MEC/LEC/NC represent the pilots. There should be no bias from them. They shouldn’t try to sway the vote one way or another. They should just pass on the facts, both positive and negative. They should also point out the potential pitfalls. From there, it’s up to the pilot group to decide.
