My point is that many of those things that you are describing that transpired at GM did not happen in bankruptcy court. They happened as part of their agreement with the US government to get bailed out. That is wildly different than going through chapter 11 proceedings. That's what I'm getting at, and that's why I'm saying your analogy is bad.
