I honestly didn’t think anyone here is trying to tell you not to vote what’s best for you. I think they’re pointing out that you MAY be using possibilities or probabilities as facts in your decision making. Honestly, the MEC information has way too many “they wouldn’t do that” and “it doesn’t make sense for the company to do that” type of comments in it for me. That gives me great pause. Remember the dependability policy that was sent in error but never went away? That’s the kind of shady stuff people are worried about. Plus, the 10-12 years will likely span multiple management team changes. People aren’t willing to take a huge risk without at least a huge reward.
