I'll submit a PDR and ask why it is written this way vs a true "no furlough clause", as I think it is a reasonable question.
This is better than a no-furlough clause. The way it is written will require there to be actual hiring to replace attrition. A no-furlough clause would allow them to hire zero pilots during that time.
