I am currently based OCONUS. I do have a US mailing address, but this would be inaccurate. This creates a Catch-22 with trying to be honest and trying to get through the application. Any suggestions?

This reply is from 2017... and not very insightful. I used to commute to the US before the pandemic. But now I am stuck in Asia if I want to keep my job. Staying in Asia full time is... not working out so well, so I am looking to get a job back in the States. Since UPS does the selection process entirely remotely, I'd like to apply. But I also don't want to run afoul of hiring policy.
Anybody have some additional information on applying while overseas?
