Correct, you have numerous breakdowns that would lead to a runway incursion when performing a delayed engine start. My point is, that at the end of the day it is the PIC decision to single engine taxi or two engine taxi. The case of the CRJ if you are single engine taxiing or two engine taxiing unless your taxi time is in the range of 20-30 plus minutes there is no savings.
