Upgrades are currently running 6 to 18 months. Because we are an Argus Platinum operator, between 100 and 250 PIC in type is required for upgrade depending on the PIC time of the other crewmembers. Total time, jet time, ability, attitude, maturity, performance reviews, and company needs would all be considering factors. Pilots are currently flying 40 or more hours a month.

Switching fleets is based on company need, merit, previous experience in type (minor factor) and desire. Individual results may vary; but many pilots who have grown with our company (four years or more) are on their third type at flyExclusive.
