So some us don't have any context for how "systems of people" (ie organizations, private or gov) actually work. Their frame of reference is junior high school and James Bond villains.

I know some private-practice docs who are exactly the same, for the same reason. They are the captain of their ship (office), and the office is full of lower-end medical help. Maybe they have another doc as a partner. They have the time, intellect, broadband internet, and lack of context. My AME is really into illuminati, Q-anon, etc. Or maybe he's just testing MY mental health

AMEs are an incredibly bad example of well anything really.
