With that said, just to have a civil discussion, not trying to attack. If you don't like either options, what is the reason to lean yes to changing the specific language more than no?
MEC also pretty much highlighted that the current CBA would be more restrictive for the company (see at around 1:17 in the video)
I will agree with PH in the post on the last page about why I voted yes. More simply the 2nd to last paragraph about voting no in hopes it will go back and get better. Maybe it could go back and the language be tightened up like most people think it will. However, no one on this website or any other knows that for a fact. I’m not saying one way is right or wrong. I cast my vote and I respect the other side. However from my perspective, covid 19 and this current political environment isn’t going to get better anytime soon.
