A friend of mine was hired in November into the Saab in DFW. He now holds a composite line which is like one step below a hard line. 3 months. Probably 4 before he holds a hard line.

ERJ reserve is variable, like everything else. 7-12 months is my most current hearsay. (I'm at the flight academy, so I'd like to think the rumors here are top notch).

CRJ reserve is another animal altogether! I don't even want to approach that.

All I've heard of is guys getting Junior manned or DHed to Chicago out of BOS to pick up extra flying. I'm sure it occurs everywhere else though. Just not as often. Hope this helps...
