There has been a lot of nonsense about DNA manipulation, that has no basis in fact. That shouldn't be a consideration in which vaccine you should get.
Number 3 is just false. Studies are showing good T cell memory and no likelihood to spread the disease. Number 2 is true only if this requires frequent yearly boosters of multiple vaccines.
