Any serious hiring is still down the road some, many airlines are over staffed heading in to Summer flying. I would keep building hours & qualifications. Hopefully we back to the great hiring climate we had 18 months ago. The foundation for that hiring is there, once this Covid situation is behind us.

I think in the near term ideal starter options are limited. Be ready for the next wave, keep your background/hours, & experience competitive.
