Literally two pilots “jumped” to United before the new contract got signed. 0 left after (1 to UPS who lives in SDF). Highly doubt anyone, especially with a few years under their belts now and seeing what can happen during a downturn will be trying to jump anywhere but.. as per usual .. ymmv
