Unless they retire older aircraft that’ll require 400ish pilots counting their very few retirees over the next two years and they sure aren’t losing many people to the legacies in this environment. So they’ll likely at least slow down as they approach 400 new hires. First couple months are apparently only going to be 24 new hires as training spins back up.
