For the rest of the world, Generation III and Generation IV nuclear power plants are probably the best option for greening. Esp. if the electric autos come online in any significant numbers in a short timeframe.


(There's about a billion caveats to the above; that's just the general trend as I read it)
It may be China that builds new generation nuclear but it appears it's American technology and companies that are making it possible. No surprise there I guess.
