Ha, it happens. If somehow scope arbitrations are taking 8 months that would change my timeline, but I'm not sure the process is allowed to take longer than 60 days. We're all along for the ride.
And like you said before, what do we have to lose. 2% raise next May? I could care less about that ‘raise’.
