The whole thing stays quiet. At this point, they need to be penalized. Get the cease and desists, then they can come talk to us.
Totally agree. My concern is that they tell everyone they’re just going to do it and you lost out on a 2% raise. In a few weeks they offer a 2.5% raise and they get their 51% yes vote. That’s what worries me.
