Totally agree. My concern is that they tell everyone they’re just going to do it and you lost out on a 2% raise. In a few weeks they offer a 2.5% raise and they get their 51% yes vote. That’s what worries me.
Hopefully enough of the yes voters begin to see how little mgmt respects the pilot group and gets a sour taste from it.
